Kindergarten is working discovering "How the World Works" by exploring foods from around the world.
Our central idea is "resources determine the foods people eat around the world".
We have been discussing where food comes from, why people grow their own food, and exploring different types of food.
Students will use their research skills to learn about a food from another county.
We have also been working on being risk-takers and being more open-minded when it comes to trying new foods.
The students are really enjoying this unit of inquiry!
